Deep Search Feature

In this article we're going to talk about the brand new Deep Search feature in ProfitPath, a new powerful research method to analyze produts

We are excited to introduce our new feature "Deep Search" a powerful addition to our toolset designed to provide you with detailed insights and analyses of Amazon products.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to effectively use "Deep Search"

1. Activating Deep Search:

• Locate the Magnifying Glass: To use "Deep Search", click on the magnifying glass located on the left side in the blue action fields of your dashboard (as shown in the image above).

• Keepa Key: Ensure that you have your Keepa Key set up in the settings at /settings/integrations, as described in our other article. This is necessary to activate the "Deep Search" feature (to use it without a limit). Without the Keepa Key, you can use it 5 times per Day.

2. New Key Features with Deep Search:

Once "Deep Search" is activated, you gain access to a wealth of valuable information and metrics, including:

• Estimated Monthly Sales: Estimates of monthly sales figures.

• Amazon BuyBox: Information on whether Amazon holds the BuyBox for the product.

• Hazmat Product: Identification of whether it's a Hazmat (hazardous material) product.

• Average Sales Rank: Presented in graphs for the last 30, 90, and 180 days.

• Today's Sales Rank: The current sales rank of the product.

• Keepa Graphs: Detailed Keepa graphs for 30, 90, 180, and 365 days.

• Top Sellers - 180d: Here we show you the top sellers who have had the Buybox in the last 180 days, including the percentage of the Buybox they had.

3. Benefits of Using Deep Search:

• Better Analysis: "Deep Search" provides you with in-depth data and analyses essential for informed decision-making.

• Competitive Edge: By utilizing these detailed insights, you can better understand the competitive landscape and make strategic decisions - For example is the price what you pay & what you could resell for still good looking back the past weeks. It could be, for example, that the product is simply overvalued for a few days and the price will probably fall again.

Note: The availability and accuracy of the data depend on your Keepa Key and its integration. Ensure your key is up-to-date and correctly set up in your profile.
